My stay at Hilton was overall pleasant, with clean, lovely rooms and exceptional service. Eduardo's assistance with our luggage was a standout. However, the air freshener in the room was not as luxurious as described. The location was convenient for airport access but lacked character. The dining experience was great, especially the evening meal and breakfast, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The food was amazing, and the service in the restaurant was top-notch. However, the nightmare getting to the location was a downside.
